5.) In the window, you will need to enter the email address of the account from which you wish to forward emails to your Gmail account.

6.) After entering the email address, click on the Next button. On the next screen, you will be prompted with two options to link your email account. The options will be:

  • Link account with Gmailify
  • Import email from my other account (POP3)

By default, the first option “Link account with Gmailify” will be selected in the window. You can either change it or click on the Next button to get to the next step.

NOTE: It is recommended to use Gmailify option as it allows you to use Gmail’s spam protection, inbox organization, Google Now integrations and much more without any need to change your email address.

7.) As you will click on the Next button, you will be directed to the sign-in page of the email address which you wish to link. Simply sign in to your email account.

8.) As you will sign in to your email account you wish to link with Gmail, you will be prompted with a notification by Gmail asking permission to have access to your Profile, Mail (read and write), and fill access.

9.) You will need to click on the Agree button to link your email address to your Gmail account for forwarding emails.

10.) Then, you will be redirected to your Gmail account where you will be prompted with a message that your email account has been linked to the Gmail account.
