How To Bookmark Emails in your Gmail Account

3.) After opening the email, click on the Menu icon (three vertical dots) located on the top-right corner of the screen.

4.) From the drop-down menu that appears on your screen, move your mouse cursor on the Bookmarks option to select Bookmark this page… option. Click on the Done button to confirm the bookmarking of the page.

5.) Once you are done creating the Bookmarks for your Gmail messages, again go to the Menu icon (three vertical dots) of your chrome browser and select the Bookmark manager option under Bookmarks.

6.) On the Bookmark manager page, click on the Menu icon (three vertical dots) and select Export bookmarks option from the menu that appears on the screen. A window will pop up on your screen.

7.) In the window, simply save the bookmarks on your computer. Moreover, you can save the bookmarks file to your Google Drive to have access to it when using some other computer.

8.) When accessing your Gmail account using another computer, you will need to import a bookmarks file in order to find the emails that you bookmarked in your Gmail account. For this, you will need to open the Google Chrome on the computer and go to the Menu bar.

9.) From the drop-down menu, select Import bookmarks, and settings… option. A window will open up on your screen.

10.) In the window, select Bookmarks HTML file option in the under the From section and click on the Choose File button. Located and import the file to your Chrome browser to have quick access to your Gmail messages.

NOTE: Make sure that you have saved the Bookmarks file from your Google Drive on the computer through which you are accessing your Gmail account. Also, make sure to log in to your Gmail account when using the bookmarks for accessing emails.
